Warm Summer days = bug bites and bee stings! I encountered plenty of both while helping out at camp on our friends’ ranch last month. This gentle, herbal healing salve helps soothe the itch and irritation, while reducing swelling.

Sore muscles … aches and pains … sprains, breaks & fractures … stress & anxiety … this oil blend is a favorite for bone and muscle related injuries. It soothes pain, reduces swelling and inflammation, and helps quickly and effectively address deeper problems. And… it smells amazing!

4 amazing products {including the Deep Healing Oil Blend, Bone & Muscle Herbal Tea Soak, Sore Muscle Salve & Healing Salve} designed to help with body aches and pains, sore muscles, sprains, breaks & fractures, etc.

Acne… dry skin… eczema… itchy rashes… fighting bacteria buildup and skin imbalance is no fun at all. Lemongrass essential oil has an amazing ability to cleanse, rejuvenate, and effectively prevent unwanted skin conditions!

Goat’s Milk contains fatty acids, nutrients, vitamins and minerals that add nourishing elements to the skin, while healing and restoring. Lactic acid {an alpha hydroxide present in goat’s milk} aids in the removal of dead skin cells, promoting natural skin rejuvenation. The many beneficial vitamins in goat’s milk work together to repair damaged skin, lessen the effects of aging, bring balance to the skin, and prevent the buildup of unwanted bacteria. Fresh goat’s milk contains capric and caprilic acids, which are highly anti-microbial; its PH is very close to that of the human skin, which prevents the skin from being stripped of its natural oils – a common problem with most of the regular soaps and shampoos.

A delicious blend of mint – Anti-inflammatory, preventing and reducing inflammation; Great for respiratory issues, clearing the airways; Soothing to the body throughout colds and sickness; Great for de-stressing and relaxing at the end of the day; and… delicious just as a cup of tea!

I love Frankincense for its ability to help support the immune system, reduce stress and tension, clear up skin irritations {and support beautiful healthy skin}, cleanse & disinfect, and promote clarity, alertness & focus.

Check out this blog post on using frankincense essential oil for bug bites!

I answered the phone and it was one of my best friends… “Give me 5 benefits for peppermint essential oil” she said. And these are the ones that came to mind.

  • Reduces fevers
  • Relieves pain, calming the body and numbing the nerves
  • Soothes stomach aches & pains, and aids in proper digestion
  • Calms spasms and inflammation in the lungs, reducing coughing and congestion
  • Clears up {and/or prevents} allergy symptoms – watery eyes, sneezing, sore throat, etc.

But the list could go on. Relaxing the body and reducing stress/tension … helpful for nausea … anti-inflammatory … improves alertness and concentration … strengthens the body and supports a health immune system … repels insects … helpful for sore muscles and body aches/pains.

Do your shoulders ache? Is your back stiff from a long day of work? Are you experiencing sore joints, throbbing muscles, or painful inflammation?

Sore Muscle Salve is my favorite go-to remedy after a long day of hard work… an intense afternoon of weeding in the garden… hours in front of the computer desk… a football game with friends… or a family hike through the mountains.

Its anti-inflammatory properties make it amazing for sprains, breaks & fractures … sore muscles … anything sore, inflamed or bruised. It helps decrease muscle spasms and encourages circulation {resulting in more oxygen and nutrients for pain reduction}. And it helps relieve pain.

My favorite method of application is to slather the stuff on any sore areas, just before bed. If I go to sleep allowing it to soak in, I pretty much always wake up feeling great!
