Essential Oils For Weight Loss

Someone recently asked me about using essential oils for weight loss. Obviously you’re not going to lose 50 lbs diffusing oils in your kitchen, or ingesting a few drops with breakfast each day. But surprisingly, there are a number of essential oils that can be very beneficial for weight loss/management, and overall bodily health and balance.

I really like what Dr. Josh Axe has to say about this:

And… at the request of a customer, I recently created a new essential oil blend that contains ALL of these oils {along with a few others that have been found effective in weight loss and weight management}!



There are 3 ways to use the Balance Blend:

Topical: Rub a few drops onto the skin, and/or the bottoms of both feet.

Inhalation: Diffuse throughout your home.

Internally: Take a few drops daily in a capsule or spoonful of honey; add a drop to a glass of milk or water…
